Reading Vlogs

Hello Everybody, and welcome to another edition of the CW Torch.

For a while now, I’ve been thinking of ways to add more content to my blog. So that I can keep on top of posting more consistently, instead of just posting a few blogs every now and again.

One idea I came up with that I thought would be fun, would be to post some reading vlogs. I have filmed a few reading vlogs in the past, whenever I was participating in ReadAThon’s. But, now that I am back on a regular work schedule and have more time to read during the weekends. I thought it would be fun to do these reading vlogs, not only because I actually like filming and editing them. But, also to keep you all updated on what I am currently reading. So, I will most likely do these vlogs if I am participating in ReadAThon’s, but also whenever I have a more chill weekend to actually do a lot of reading.

With all that being said, I recently finished one of my favorite books of the year, The Fifth Season by N.K. Jemisin. A few weekends ago I had no plans, so I just did a lot of reading that book and writing. It was the perfect time to film a reading vlog, and I had a really fun time while doing it. This first vlog I don’t really talk in it, because I am pretty shy which is why I have a blog and not a booktube channel. But, maybe in the future, I will talk about the books that I will be reading for the weekend, but for the most part these vlogs are going to be silent with some background music.
